TL&OD Manager(Training)

base: Shanghai/Beijing

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Global TLOD project involvement:  

  • Actively involves in and contributes to global TLOD projects
  • Proactively provide feedbacks and inputs to global projects owners, representing China as a location and reflecting the feedbacks from line of businesses
  • Ensure the close-loop follow up with business in terms of ideas which were incorporated and those which were not 

Demand planning and program execution in China

  • Execute upon TLOD core business processes and programs – on time, with quality and within budget for the China
  • Demand planning and delivery for TLOD programs in China
  • Actively perform professional stakeholder management and expectation setting regarding TLOD projects, services/solutions and core processes
  • Support the professional roll out and adoption of global TLOD solutions and practices (including  building upon global change management plans by addressing stakeholder-specific change management needs like implementation plan, communication, etc)
  • Ensure professional roll-in of client demand into TLOD organization to better align priorities 

TLOD Key Accounting and Consulting for China

  • Work closely with HR BPs and business to better understand the client needs – demonstrate a clear commitment to live customer focus
  • Provide expert level consulting to business clients and HR BPs of China
  • Use complete understanding of the business and deep domain knowledge to propose concrete TLOD solution strategies
  • Seek actively and regular feedback from clients as to their satisfaction and the business impact of practices
  • Build up trusted relationships with KPS China to ensure success roll-out of TLOD programs in China
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • TLOD practitioner, HR Business partner or line experience
  • Strong  business experience at change management and organizational development
  • Strong understanding of HR process skills and methods, especially  learning,  talent management and leadership development experience practically applied
  • Strong track record in influencing  stakeholders towards key HR topics
  • Strong intercultural skills with the ability to inspire and influence a diverse virtual team
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • English: good command of both verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or comparable experience
  • Work Experience:
  • 8-10 years working experiences in human resources and with at least 5 years experiences in talent & leadership development, and Organization development
  • Expertise in consulting, Organization design and development, change management , top talent and leadership program design, execution and program management
  • Solid knowledge of learning solutions and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English verbal and written skills
