Training manager

Responsibility
1.To be responsible for meeting the training needs of our China based associates by identifying skill gaps, delivering training and liaising with other internal and external training providers.
2.To identify, prepare and deliver training courses that meet the current and future needs of our external clients.
3.To develop, customize and maintain the training materials and SAP environments as required.
4.To establish and maintain good communication with all relevant external and internal stakeholders, including confirming necessary prerequisites and course objectives.
5.To ensure that participant feedback is collected and acted upon.
6.To identify opportunities for revenue generation, be responsive to training related requests and prepare proposals as required.
7.To actively promote training and knowledge sharing across the Asia Pacific region.
8.To work closely with local HR/L&D and the other regions to ensure that available training resources are being leveraged to maximum benefit.
9. To maintain a high level of expertise in SAP HR/Payroll and related competencies to enable the delivery of high standard training.
