Senior Staffing Specialist/leader

Responsibilities
• Sourcing, interviewing, selection and fulfilling the vacancies requested from business
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to address specific employment markets
• Participate in establishing and implementing recruitment employment standards, processes
• Execute HR operation systems and processes, including effective legal compliance; respond to manager and employee’s needs.
• Assisting employees and managers with clarification and application of company policies
• Reporting to HR manager, work closely with business manager to successfully execute HR initiatives and programs that support the business objectives
• Assist in the recruitment and training of employees at all levels
• Serve as the initial contact for issues related to recruitment, operation and employee relations
Qualification:
- A Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a related discipline
- More than 3 years’ relevant experience
- Consulting firm, professional service firm or IT industry experience
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Good team work with interpersonal skill and result-oriented
- Strategic and result-oriented mindset, able to work in the dynamic and high pressure working environment
- Tactical implementation capabilities
- High level and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Can-do attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential corporate information as well as issue managements in a mature and professional manner
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to drive and communicate in remote ways
