项目经理Project Manager (.Net/Java/BI)

Key Responsibilities
1. Strong analysis skills
2. Very good written and oral communication skills
3. Knowledge of Microsoft ITLC processes including Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
4. Experience with writing Functional Specifications documents
5. Do technical review on design

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in Computer Science or business related
2. Above 8 years of working experience in DotNet/Java/BI
3. Familiar with the following skills: Microsoft Project 2007Microsoft Office (Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Visio 2007)Able to do technical review on design
4. Basic knowledge of MS CRM 4.0 and Customer Support & Services domain
5. Ability to write SQL queries
6. Hands on experience in the areas of project management such as Project estimation, scheduling, tracking, scope management, risk management and issue management
7. Able to motivate and mentor the team
8. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
