IT Infrastructure Architect (Network Architect)
Responsibilities:
**Researching and developing network and system solutions;
**Providing technical subjects mentoring to other engineers and analysts;
**Assisting the Managers in researching technical solutions for network related issues;
**Preparing technical documentation for all assigned projects;
**Interacting with outside consultants and vendors for various projects;
**Adhering to escalation procedure where appropriate and previously instructed;
**Maintaining accurate recordation of changes to system; and
**Designing network and system with maximum efficiency.
** Implementing and maintaining a secure IT environment
** Data handling and management on the Application Servers

Requirements:
**Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System or related major preferred;
**5 plus (5+) years’ technical experience, building and supporting Windows network operating systems;
**5 plus (5+) years’ technical experience, building and supporting advance Cisco, Microsoft networks (routing, VLAN, fiber-channel switch fabrics, iSCSI, etc)
**Extensive experience on Cisco routers and Firewalls
**Cisco & Microsoft certifications preferred (CCNA, MCP, & MCSE, NCDA).
Knowledge of:
**Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Operating System Design and Implementation (advance level);
**Active Directory Design and Administration;
**LAN / WAN (MPLS, VPN, VLAN, Frame Relay, etc.) design, engineering, and management;
** Cisco routers and firewalls (PIX & ASA) configuration and maintenance
**Share Point Document Management System server design and maintenance (Advance level);
**TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP;
**Backup Exec/CA backup software;
**LTOx Tape library system;
**Microsoft Office Suite (basic level);
**Intranet, Extranet, and HTML experience (intermediate level); and
**Other network-based applications where applicable.
** Microsoft Exchange 2003 server
**Working knowledge of Storage Area Networks, SharePoint and VMware ESX would be very beneficial
** Knowledge of Red Hat Linux is a must
** Knowledge of Script Programming is a must, like DOS Python, etc
