Responsibilities:
1)Wok with FESCO team for monthly payroll, social security and commercial insurance benefit management
2)Supervise and review HRIS data maintain and ensure data quality
3)Continuously develop payroll team working process and enhance service standard
4)Assistant Regional C&B leader carry out other duties as required

Requirement:
1)Minimum of 3+ years payroll and HRIS working experience in an international business environment
2)College 39′s degree or above
3)Excellent analytical skills and proficient in use of MS Excel
4)Strong communication skills with problem solving orientation
5)Drive for client service excellence
6)Language skills in both Chinese Mandarin and English are essential
