Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities: 
- Lead Business Development activities, establishing executive relationships, preparing business cases and consulting proposals for IT service management consulting, application management assessment.
- Interview senior client staff and management during IT assessment and communicate strategic results persuasively
- Ensures effective integration management throughout the life cycle of the projects in the region.
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans for IT Infrastructure integration projects in China.
- Ensures project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Over all 8 Years of Experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Management, Network Management, Design, System Integration;
- 3+ years of strong experience of connectivity options, Service Level agreements, infrastructure management solutions and market benchmarks on pricing;
- Ability to manage resources within time and budget is a key challenge;
- Familiar with ITIL and related implementation.
- Preferred previous experiences on ERP Package such as SAP, Oracle EBS.
- Skills in applying service processes where there may have been none
- Strong technical background in IT Services /System Integration/ITSM
- Rich Knowledge on ITIL/IT Audit/ITO/Other Application
- Good communication and coordination skills (English and Chinese)
- Work under pressure and manage multi-projects simultaneously
- Take responsibility willingly on problem solver and team management
- Familiar with cross-culture environment
